Terms and Conditions of Technical Engagement

Boostezly LLC provides specialized diagnostic and corrective engineering for corporate email infrastructure, including DMARC, DKIM, and SPF alignment. Clients retain full ownership of their domain architecture and grant temporary administrative access strictly limited to resolving active delivery failures and bounce issues. All interventions are executed under explicit authorization.

Liability is strictly limited to direct technical remediation services rendered. Boostezly LLC holds no responsibility for third-party email provider outages, blacklisting policies enforced by external mailbox operators, or business losses resulting from delayed DNS propagation beyond our direct engineering control.
